Sofia Pratas Morais (Coimbra, 1983) uses photography as a form of introspection on personal discomforts and the lifestyles of others. In 2025, she presented an exhibition at the Adorna gallery and in Granta magazine. She has exhibited collectively since 2021, having participated in projects with Encontros Imagem & Território, MNAC, and ZDB. She studied at the Atelier de Lisboa and is a regular participant in the Ursel August Artistic Residency. She attended the Master's program in Curatorial Studies at the University of Coimbra, and holds a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Software Engineering.
